PARVOCOF AP 100ML Syrup (Ambroxol + Guaifenesin + Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Phenylephrine) is a combination of four medicines: Ambroxol, guaifenesin, chlorpheniramine, and phenylephrine. Ambroxol is a mucolytic that thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that works by decreasing the stickiness of mucus (phlegm) and helps in their removal from the airways. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic that relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.
